End-User License Agreement

These terms apply to anyone using tas.report, the client reporting site of Transparent Accounting Solutions, Inc. ("TAS"). Last updated October 16, 2026.

Access

tas.report is for TAS clients and the people they authorize. You agree to keep your email account secure, not to share sign-in codes, and not to try to reach data you are not authorized to see.

Connecting QuickBooks Online

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company you confirm you are authorized to do so for that company and allow TAS read-only access to prepare reports, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Reports are informational

Dashboards and projections are prepared from the data available and the assumptions stated on each page. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. Numbers can change when the underlying books are updated. They do not replace the professional advice TAS provides under your engagement.

Availability

We work to keep tas.report available and accurate but provide it "as is", and may change or pause features. To the extent the law allows, TAS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
